  • Damages or defects caused by misuse or improper or unauthorized maintenance is not covered by AUDAXPRO’s warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
  • Any item under warranty can be either repaired or replaced subject to the final decision of AUDAXPRO/Seller.
  • All shipping cost for returning equipment for repair is bourne by the customer.
  • All shipping cost for returning warranty items will be bourne by AUDAXPRO/Seller, excluding duties and tax.
  • Exclusion Term: The warranty shall immediately cease and become void if the product is found to have been modified, tampered or repaired by an unauthorized person, damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents or non-compliance with the manual, improper maintenance or commercial use.
